There is a paid meter parking lot along Nueces and 7th street. Validated discount parking is available in certain garages. Please ask your Event Sales Manager for validation options.
We do not have valet service, but if you wish to set up on your own, our team can help facilitate local valet companies.
Ranch 616 is a TABC licensed venue, no outside beverages or food are allowed. All beverages can be purchased on-site. We can accommodate dietary and allergy restrictions.
While we do have a great dessert selection in house and prefer guests to use our desserts, outside cakes are allowed for a $25 outside food fee. We do not store cakes, cut or plate, as the restaurant does not have space in our kitchen and it's against Health Code. You are responsible for handling all cake cutting at the table.
Ranch 616 does not permit the use of confetti, glitter, balloons, rice/food items for any events. Candles & flowers are allowed. Please ask your Event Sales Manager for additional information on recommended decor.
Site visits are by appointment only, no walk ups. Please contact the Events team to set up your visit.
All Large Party Reservations under 35 guests are treated as a normal dinner reservation time slot, so you are allowed to set up small decor items 15 minutes before your seated time. If you are doing a patio event or buyout, the events include (1) hour prior to event start time, unless otherwise approved by Event Sales Manager.
Ranch 616 requires a CC Authorization form on file for all events. For all groups under 35 guests, we do not charge the card until the night of the event. For groups of 35 for patio buyouts or full restaurant buyouts, we do require a 50% deposit to secure and hold the date.
For parties 35 and under, we have a 48 hours cancellation policy. For all larger events, please check with your Event Manager for cancellation schedule.
